Not sure what to tell you. My Thomas does the same thing!
He barks at Everything! When my daughter and son-in-law come over, he barks at him the whole time. Not a few minutes..the whole time!
He doesn't like children either..barks and barks if he is in contact with one.

I hope you get a lot of responses. It will certainly help me out too!
