Conjunctivitis, in humans, can be caused by either viruses, bacteria or fungi. So depending on the cause of her case, it is possible to spread it (not all strains can cross species).

Is she being treated for it? If so, I think you would be pretty safe following the standard protocols of considering her contagious until after she had been on the treatment for at least 24 hours.

Google "pink eye in dogs" and "conjunctivitis in dogs" for the symptoms. You can't depend on eye color alone to pick it up.
