Wait.... I need to give you tips too. For washing her face, a warm towel helps. It softens eye gunk so it's easy for you to take it out. I also use puppy wipes for Kaji's feet and his Mr Peeper. You could use those to wipe her down as well. I don't know about the fungus on her back but I'm sure others will know.
