The only thing I can gather from this post is that your reason for breeding the parti is to capitlize because they are such a hot commodity.
By the way while culling in the old days late 18 hundreds, early 19 hundreds, meant just as you said (kill). However, any knowledgable breeder knows that in todays world it has a whole different meaning. Culling a litter to seperate breed/show quality from pet quality. Or culling to decide which pup a breeder will keep for themselves. Dividing them by personality as to which type of home/environment they would better fit into.
My advice to you is that if you haven't started breeding, please do a bit more research, studying genetics, whelping, pedigrees, etcl. But, I think most on this thread will agree with me......find a mentor.
