Yes----I heard about the recall this morning on the news.
Several manufactures of children's cold and allergy meds are being recalled. Liquid children's Benadryl is on that list.
The reason for the recall----quality of ingredients ------ active ingredient amount not correct; there is a higher concentration---inactive ingredients not up to internal testing requirements --- maybe little particles in the liquid medication. I already stopped giving her the benadryl b/c she has not been scratching for a couple of weeks. Hope she doesn't start scratching again. I will need to ask my vet what I should do if she does.
Pollen season is not done here yet as I am
still waiting for all that yellow pollen powder - like substance to fall from the trees around here----it makes such a mess. My deck furniture is in my garage and will not be put out until the yellow stuff falls and is totally gone. It makes such a horrible mess. Some years are worse than others. I hate to spend too much time outside with my 2 Yorkies when it "snows" yellow pollen!
Thanks again for your comments about my little girl's missing tooth. I am going to watch her.
