Usually dogs poop one or two times a day, and are pretty regular, it may be good to learn her schedule and clean up her poop, if you are home to do this, or only feed her when you are at home. Many dogs poop within minutes after eating as eating stimulates the intestines. People recommend unseasoned meat tenderizer to discourage poop eating, it has the same ingredient as pineapple, and will help predigest protein so that the dog will not smell any undigested protein in its poop. Do not use Accent, meat tenderizer, it has too much sodium and MSG which is not good. Switching foods can also help, and choosing one with an easier to digest protein may work. If she is urinating every 30 minutes, you really need to have her checked again for an infection; they sometimes miss it on the first test, or don't do a culture. It's also possible she could have sugar diabetes, if she is also drinking lots of water, because increased thirst and urination is a symptom of this, but I would look at an infection first, especially if she's recently been spayed.
