Poor baby, sounds like she had a bad start. I would say first off "get her a cage"! I know it sounds cruel, but if she is peeing every 30 mins it will be more stressing for her if you have to rehome her. As for her poop eating, I use MSG, just sprinkle a bit on her food, it will make it not so tasty after it comes out. I used this on two of my biggest poop eaters and they stopped.
You can get MSG in the grocery store where you get the salt and seasonings.
Another suggesting would be get a playpen, put her, her cage and pee pads in there. Make sure you take her out every half hour and praise her when she goes potty outside. Love her up, give her time, she will be fine with lots of praise and patience.
