This pup's screaming is really an indication the horrendous pain that it is in. Normal canine behavior is to hide any pain they are experiencing as to not alert other animals to their weakness. Since normal animal behavior would be to take out a sick animal. Survival of the fittest is what it's called.
When my Charmer was bit by a spider and I didn't know it. I went to lift him and he screamed in pain. Hearing this, I knew that he was in extreme pain and his pain overroad his survival instincts. I immediately ran him to ER. Blood tests revealed that he had been bitten by some type of spider or insect that was poisonous. They gave him an injection to counter act the poison, a muscle relaxant and antibiotics.
