From what I understand, bile acids were done when symptoms appeared. They came back a bit elevated. Vet put her on rx food and lactulose. Thought it was mild (I'm thinking they meant MVD). I don't think this girl was ever diagnosed with a shunt, but reading the post from November, I think the owner thought the vet meant it was mild LS or something. So it may have just been some confusion...
