Is she experiencing any hard contractions? You may want to put on a sterile surgical glove, swab your index finger with KY Jelly, gently insert and feel if there is a pup. The sac is the bubble that usually appears ahead of the pup. But your finger may help her to bear down "it's called feathering". Don't go straight in but, to the side.
