The story had a lady who said her husband had let him out in the fenced yard for no more than 10 minutes and went back to check and he was gone. I never really leave Toby out in the yard any longer than it takes him to do his business, but now i check extra cautiously to see if anyone is hanging around our street or anything before letting him out and I check on him extra frequently (Usually just watch him out the window the whole time). It's sad and ridiculous that people would do this
