I use Andis clippers, don't care for Oster's. For cotton coats I recommend a #4F or #5F if you don't want them completely shaved which is what the #7F or #10 will give you. I don't like using guard combs on silky coated Yorkies because it leaves their hair choppy. Looks like they lost a fight with a lawn mower!
