Green/Black discharge prior to the first pup being born is telling you there is a problem. I don't know if she has an infection or not. But, my feelings are that she is delivering these pups prematurely because there is something wrong.
This is what I would do. Get her into the vet right now? Do you have someone to drive you just incase she decides to whelp another while you are in route?
