While you are at the pharmacy buy a nettie pot and start using it. It will help with your "raging" sinuses. Are you sneezing and coughing too? Something else to consider is changes in your environment. Have you started getting, eating or using anything new since January? Sometimes the least little change can trigger allergies. What about your groomer? Has he/she started using any new products? The Oreck air purifier is a really good suggestion too but it is tad expensive.
