This does seem like an odd mix. Dachshunds often have problems due to the long back. If you mixed a Yorkie with one, you could get a dog very much like a Dachshund but more fine boned like a Yorkie. That would be very bad. At least a pure Dachshund has a heavier skeleton to hold up the body. There's no way a Yorkie frame is built to hold that. I've never seen such a mix but I can imagine many results from it.....all of them bad.
