My Prince had the same coat and wouldn't walk at all until I took it off. I had to literally drag him in the street. It was hilarious. He is so picky when it comes to clothes. I decided to just take him to the store and try on the clothes so that he can choose which one he likes. I have to limit the clothes I order from the internet now. Jesus Christ this dog runs my life. LOL.
