I have not met a dog in the 2 years I've worked at my pet boutique that wouldn't eat it and I've even heard stories of dogs (and cats) breaking into cabinets and bags to get to it. It can seem scary to feed raw but Stella and Chewy's screens every batch of food for pathogens and salmonella and I have never heard of a recall for any reason in over 2 years. I think they are a very safe company and I'd really recommend trying it for your poor pup since he seems to hate everything else. | I agree, and I use Stella & Chewies for the very same reasons mentioned, above...However, and Invadervash, please correct me, if I'm mistaken here, but I was under the impression, that you shouldn't feed dehydrated as a regular diet, but supplemental feeding for travelling, etc...Of course, if Milo won't eat anything, dehyrated has to be better than what he's doing? I've started mine on raw in the morning, and Acana Grasslands Kibble, in the evening...Apple wouldn't eat any kibble, before I started her on raw, but she seems to be happy w/the Acana now...I didn't try Acana, before raw, but I don't think it was out yet? |
