Hi, Thanks for this thread. We love the smokies and go there often but have never taken a pet. Now, we have our two Yorkies and don't want to leave them. I know there are more hotels now than ever that are pet-friendly but my concern has been, how clean are they? We don't want to stay some place that is smelly, pet hair everywhere and stains on the carpet and furniture. I don't want my girls subjected to any nastiness either. Short of talking to someone who has stayed at a place, I don't know how you would know ahead of time. Now I know of one place in the smokies.

I'm sure many of us will enjoy the information shared here.
