Its been 30 yrs since this kitchen has been remodelled and it has 4 layers of wallpaper!! I used this good stuff and 3 layers came off no problem. But the 4th layer is like its part of the wall!!!!!! actually absorbed into it or something. If i try to get it off maybe a teeny tiny piece will come off, but thats it.
I want it to look nice when its done, is it possible to sandpaper the wall smooth since this stubborn stuff wont come off and it still look good?
Anyone heard of this being done? THought Id take a shot at someone here knowing.

Use an electric sander to get all of that wall paper off, then clean the wall really well. Be sure it's completely dry before painting. We went thru that when we bought this house.
