If a dog only has dry skin and it is not caused by a fungus then feeding quality food, using dog shampoo and conditioner (for dry skin/hair) and putting a little oil in their food should help.

If you believe your dog might have a fungus condition then check with your vet before you start using H&S.

Yorkies also do not have hair like the majority of dogs and I don't always give them a bath every week, by two weeks they are starting to get a little greasy just like a human's hair..but I have long hair Yorkies.
