JJ is a discrace! (i forgot to add that in my last post) If they adopted the baby together,I am assuming they did since they brought the baby home in January. Usually, the adoption cannot be finialized until social workers can visit the home(after placement) Then the sw has to file a report to be submitted to the court. Then, a court date has to be set to have a judge finialize the whole thing. Its very complicated and entails lots of paper work. also the separation of both petitioners may slow down or suspend the adoption. At least this is how it is in the real world! you know the world the rest of us commoners have to live in and abide by the laws or pay the consequnces! I am happy for Sandra as bringing a baby into your home by adoption(or the bio way) is the most exciting event in life! I suppose the attorneys for her can easily manuver around all the obstacles. Will she have to share custody of this little guy(ICK)? |
