I think I just made a decision.... BECAUSE I DONT THINK I CAN TAKE OFF ONE MORE LAYER OF WALLPAPER.
Ill sand it as smooth as I can, use the primer, and see how smooth painting looks, if it looks bad.......Ill texture it!!
