They are both cute but the best PICTURE is the one with the toy. It's hard to tell by the picture since they can look very different from all angles. My little Bella can look like 2 different dogs!
No matter which choice try to make sure it is socialized, happy and confident. Also you should have it vet checked for obvious reasons.
