I feed Stella & Chewies and have no problems or concerns w/it...My understanding about the protein issue, is that it doesn't cause problems, but will manifest problems in pups who already have issues w/too much protein...In other words, a healthy pup will thrive nicely on raw...Apple has been eating raw for almost a year, and doing great! Buzz has been on raw 4 or 5 months, and he is going great, as well...I have thought, perhaps, that Buzz might be sensitive to the chicken, because he seemed to have been chewing on his paws, so I took him off that protein...However, he seems to be doing great on beef, duck and lamb...Apple can eat anything! I'm real happy w/S&C!!! |
