Wow this must of been so scary for you! I hope he makes a full recovery. I have hardwood floors and just area rugs down and my girl sometimes looses her footing and slips when she is running around on the exposed hardwood floors. I get so scared too when I'm in my yard with her and fear that she will bang into something running around and hit her head since she is so fast and loves running around like a crazy maniac.
