Pixie has been shredding her pads since the first day we brough her home... Granted, that was only two weeks ago, but she's destroyed way to many of them already! I always have to put two in her little area... one to use and one to shred. If I don't put the extra one in there, she shreds the one and then has nothing to use (if she even tries to use it anyway).
I actually ordered washable ones from piddlepads.com.... We'll see how they work. (I know the thought of washing that in your washer grosses some people out, but I plan on rinsing them very, VERY well in the utility sink before using the washer!)
I just figured she wouldn't be able to shred these, and she doesn't like piddling on the pads anyway. She'll go right next to it (but always lands #2 right in the middle!) Hopefully she'll like these better and actually use them instead of just tearing them to bits! |
