I am pretty sure they have a neurologist on staff at the Western College, if not they will have an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in spinal surgery. I wish I had seen this post earlier, as I know from experience that they will expect payment for half the estimate before they treat. There are several companies in Canada that will finance the costs, I hope they give her this info when she gets there.
