Armani had stitches too but they were the kind that dissolve on their own and I could never actually see them... besides feeding him wet food and not brushing his teeth I didnt do anything different and he was fine... he even played tug of war with his sister against my wishes

We also went on vacation 2 days after this surgery... it was already planned and was a family event... we have two vets in the family and one owns a hospital a few minutes from where we were staying so I figured what could go wrong?! lol... all was well....they seem to bounce back pretty quickly after these things... it worse for us
