Question What is more important when choosing a food...

the protein, fat and fiber content or the Kcalories per cup?
Or WHAT?
I am getting so confused-LOL

For example:
Acana Prairie has
34% protein
17% fat
3.5 fiber
and 420 Kcal per cup

Nature's Variety Prairie Salmon & Brown Rice has
26% protein
14% fat
3.5 fiber
and 420 Kcal per cup

The Kcal are the same but the protein & fat are different.
