I'm letting Chloe grow longer (not sure how long yet...) and she gets trimmed about every 3 months or so. I just keep an eye on her toenails and when they start to get too long, I make an appointment. I'm just too chicken to trim her nails!! Our groomer just trims her up all over to keep her looking "neat", does her face, feet and bum. It's nice not having to go to the groomer's as often as I did when I kept my poodle in short cut.
