You should take her to the ER vet for an xray. If there are no pups left, she will need a shot to make sure she is cleaned out of after births, etc.
You want the vet to take a look at her discharge adn make sure there is not infection, temp needs taking also.
It is possible she has a pup or more left..these are not situations to wait until morning..good luck
