Good answer, the ears may be going down just for normal reasons.

The throwing up and diarrhea is not a good thing and it is not related to chewing ... if it continues the vet visit is your best bet. If it stops it may have been just an isolated thing.
You can give some "pedialite" to keep her hydrated , small ammounts, and start slow with the food, little ammounts until she feels better 100% .
