Hi and Welcome! As far as her getting pregnant, she should be too young, but please spay her. You should also have your male neutered. If cost is a problem, look into low cost spay/neuter programs near you. You can also buy spay/neuter certificates at www.friendsofanimals.org. Look at the right-hand side for a red box and enter your zipcode. You will then see a listing of vet clinics that accept the certificates near you.
