I could go to Home Depot and buy the wood, trim, stain and etc....then head over to Calico Corners for fabric, cushions and trim and make the mattress and linen myself all for under 500 and it would look even better! I'd could even add a few more bucks and use Ralph Lauren fabrics from the Ralph Lauren Home Store.
That bed is not worth the price they are asking. Maybe 1,500 at the most for paying someone else to make it.
