but we caught it in time. Over the weekend I started giving her pedialight and staying up all night with her watching her. We took her to the vet first thing monday morning and after looking at the $700 bill for just one day we decided to have them administer the first meds and then I have the rest and am giving them to her. I feel terrible. Ive never had a puppy to be honest and I didnt realize the importance of booster shots.
She is right at the end of the worst part. She didnt get a temperature or diarrhea but she got dry heaves. If it werent for the pedialight she wouldve died Im sure.
There is a terrible outbreak of Parvo here. The spca has had to put down so many puppies its just sad and awful. Anyway, we are going to live through this and I wont take booster shots for granted ever again. And Im gonna make bf give the meds to her next time so I dont look like the bad guy all the time.
