i agree 100% i would go to orthopedic and have them review the xrays but go to a place that has a neurologist and orthopedic as well so they can work on case together - I would not mess with this with a regular vet this is something a specialist needs to be dealing with
Please do not wait get her in tomorrow am with a specialty hospital
