Hi Mary
I have tried cottage cheese but he does not like it(it does not have enough of a smell to attract his tastebuds)
One of my biggest problems is trying to get him to eat without me actually feeding him by hand. I would love to be able to put his food down and if he does not eat it take it away until he learns that meal time is structured. I worry that by doing that he will get sick because his tummy is empty.
Do I let him just not eat and hope that he eats when he is hungry? He has been through a lot in his short life and I panic when he becomes really picky and I try everything to get him to eat(some days I sit with him for atleast 1/2 an hour only to become so stressed when he only eats a few pieces of whatever).
I know I am to blame for continuosly hand feeding him, but I need to change this and get him a more structured schedule. I am stumped
