Default At my wits end and need advice

I am about to begin pulling my hair out when it comes to Sedrick and I do not know what else to do.
Sedrick is my AAI/AAS survivor who also has gastrointestinal issues due to the massive amounts of steroids he was given after his neck injury. I know a big part of his picky eating is because of me always making sure he has something in his stomach otherwise he gets sick and throws up. I should also mention that after his injury we had to hand feed him for 10 weeks because he had to learn everything all over again (standing, walking, peeing pooping and eating) and because of the neck cast he could not bend to reach the food bowl. I have tried every type of diet out there and can get him to eat each one maybe (if I'm lucky) once or twice and then he either sticks his nose up at it or literally spits it out. I am driving myself crazy trying to find something he will eat regularly to regulate his system. I can get him to eat rotisserie chicken(but not the breast)but he is growing tired of it and is now almost refusing to eat it. I just tried him on urban carnivore(rabbit) but I have to let him lick it off my finger but he will only eat about 1/2 an ounce and then turns his nose up at it. He can not digest beef so I can not put him on red meat and fish is a something he always spits out.
Does anyone have any tricks to getting a fussy, picky yorkie to eat or any types of food that I can try or a supplement to increase appetite??
Thanks a bunch
