I'm so sorry.... this pup should be seen immediately by a vet, better specialist. This is a very traumatic event, and with the description of his eye function or lack of, could indicate leakage of fluid into the skull, causing pressure on the brain or any nerves. The pressure can be relieved by means of a shunt (surgery). It is extremely important that this pup be evaluated ASAP!
