HOw great is that!
Years ago I had a Beagle who was quite the rabbit chaser, and got his leg wrapped in bobwire. He too had to have an amputation.
I was so upset about it but you know what it was amazing!
That crazy dog, after he healed, used his stump for a kickstand, and would spin tight circles when he was happy and excited!. It was hysterical! He used it so much he developed a callous on the end.
So you might be in for a real treat
