  Cosmo has an article this month, something like 7 habits you could be doing that is killing your libido.  I can remember a few of them and some are, try to get the same amount of sleep on weekends as you do weeknights.  Get off the pill.  Don't have more than 2 drinks (alcohol) in a night.  Don't watch the news before bed.  Be done dinner by 8pm at the latest.  Go to the gym or at the very least do a couple laps around your office a few times a day to get blood pumping. I can't remember the last one!
