Someone suggested that I put a brass door sign turned the other way on the door and they said it is slippery so Angus would find it difficult to scratch. This sounds like a good idea and so I am off to Lowes's to get one. Thanks for your help! Your Yorkie is adorable and looks a lot like Angus.
