 I just realized.....
I just realized I take way better care of my dogs than I do myself. They eat better healtheir food than I do. They get vitamins and purified water. If a cheetto and a carrot were side by side they would pick the carrot. I think about there health way more than mine. This all just dawned on me today when I was in the kitchen lookin for somethin to eat and all I found was dog food and dog care products while I had nothing But a hot pocket in the freezer that is full of preservatives. If I spent the same energy I spend on my dogs health buying and finding out whats in my food and what goes in my mouth I would be as healthy and as fit as them. Think I need to take more time out for mommy. They even have more clothes than I do |
