Todaywe brought home a sweet 3 yr. old cat to foster from a rescue org. in NYC. We have her in a different room from the dogs. I need some advice about how to introduce her to the dogs in a safe way. We had her out in the den with us for a little while and there was a lot of hissing and barking/growling. One of the dogs lunged for her and she gave him a good smack. She has her claws. Is there a way to make this work? We would love to be able to adopt her if everyone can get along.
