Even though dogs give you all the thank yous you need, let me say thank you. Thank you for loving these little ones that dind't start life out the way that they should.
I don't know the breeder you are asking about. But I've read enough to see it's not a place to get a puppy from. You want a nice puppy. You deserve one, don't you? One with a mom and dad that are loved and cared for. Cher is in Ohio. I can't say that she will allow you a puppy. But it won't hurt to start there. She's Goldenray here on YT and you can ask about her for reviews all the same. She won't mind one, I'm sure.
