Hey Sweetie...congrats on your weight loss. I have been obsessed with my weight since I've been about 17 yrs old. I am 5ft2in and about 108lbs. yes, it sounds great and all but I have a pear shaped body so sculpting and loosing around my toosh and thighs is always on my mind.

While DerbyLane is coming off harsh and strong, she technically is being your friend by showing you HER OPINION and potential/possible harm you MIGHT be doing to your body. Don't take offense to it, just something to think about. You're a grown woman, and you can make the choices you feel is appropriate. xoxoxoxox

Being a vegetarian does not mean you are more healthy. I was a veggie for 15 yrs and inhaled so much cheese and more dairy that I was never as in good of shape as I am in now that I put lean poultry and very healthy fish and seafood into my diet.

Don't forget--diet and exercise determine how your body will feel in the longrun.
