I have VPI Pet Insurance and I have had to claim twice with them. After the fifty $ deducable, they covered almost everything. I just have the insurance that covers emergencies and they were great paying for the hook that went through Thor's eyelid and his tooth extraction. I know that I got really mad at them one time, but I think that was because they didn't pay for any of the 'waste disposal' fee's. Other than that I've been happy. Good luck on your claim.
