Well it would be about the time for her next heat if we go by her post about this before in August. So if she was actually in heat in August I wouldn't think it was pyometra because it's to long after the last heat cycle. Or I guess she could have had a silent heat 2 months ago, and then yeah it then could be pyometra.
She said it smelled fishy right? Pyometra doesn't smell like that as far as I know, but infected anal glands sure does....
Hopefully she took her to the vet..I pray she did. It does sound like she has been having silent heats though. Definitely should be spayed even if it is not pyometra. |
