No he will probably stay just like that until someone adopts him. I couldn't find any info whether or not it is a kill shelter. My guess would be yes
If you are able to adopt him that would be wonderful news. My husband said no to every one that I have brought home. Right now he is sitting across from me with 3 little ones on his lap
