I am not sure that you nursing her right now is the best idea. She has AAI and she got hurt, you have NO idea how hurt she is, PLEASE bring her to the Neuro Specialist, she got hurt, she is in pain, and she needs to see a Vet immediately...
Then you truly have to think long and hard for what is truly best for her...which may very well be, going into a Yorkie Rescue Program, where she will get 100% Vetted ASAP, so she can live a Healthy and Long Life...
Please do some serious soul searching...
